(Marketing team)
A marketing team you do not have to hire.
We set the plan, produce the work, publish it, and report on what it did. One monthly rate covers the strategy, the writing, the design, the build and the reporting, in place of a head of marketing and the team underneath them.
3-month minimum, then monthly. 2 spots left in October
(Every month)
A fixed list, shipped every month.
Not a retainer you have to fill with requests. This is what lands, whether or not you ask for it.
The answer pages on this list exist because we went and measured the problem. We ran 152 B2B software sites through ten checks: 86% failed at least one, 78% publish no llms.txt, and 32% have no schema describing the business.
(Not included)
What you still pay for yourself.

(FAQ)
Marketing team questions.
What is an outsourced marketing team?
+
It is a team you pay monthly instead of hiring. We set the plan, produce the work, publish it, and report on what it did, in place of a head of marketing plus the designers, writers and developers underneath them. You approve the direction on one call a month rather than managing a queue.
Why is there a 3-month minimum on this tier?
+
Because we are responsible for the strategy, not just the output. Month one is research, positioning, and setup. Results land in months two and three. A shorter commitment would mean charging you for the setup and never getting to the part that works.
Can I swap deliverables?
+
Yes, within reason. If a month calls for two landing pages instead of one and fewer social posts, we adjust when we set the month. The counts are a floor for planning, not a rule we hide behind.
Do you manage our ad accounts?
+
No. Paid advertising sits outside this plan: we do not run the accounts, set budgets, manage bids or produce ad creative. We do build the landing pages campaigns point to. Ad spend is paid directly by you and never runs through us.
What if we already have a marketing person?
+
Then this tier works as the team behind them. We handle the plan and the production, they handle whatever is specific to your company. Several clients run it this way.
What actually happens in month one?
+
Research, positioning, and setup, plus the first month of deliverables. We audit what you already have, agree the first month together, and start producing against it. The compounding part, where published work starts being found and cited, is months two and three.
Who owns the work?
+
You do, same as our design subscription. Native source files, full access to every account we set up, and your domain is always yours.
Can we move between the two plans?
+
Yes. Design subscription clients move up to the Marketing Team plan whenever they want the plan handled as well as the production, and the three-month minimum starts from that point. Moving back down takes effect at the end of the current paid month.
Do you host the website you build?
+
We can. Sites we launch and host are $399 per month, on top of whichever plan you are on, starting when the site goes live. That covers hosting and ongoing support for the site. You are never locked in: you can move it to your own hosting whenever you like, and the files and domain are yours either way.
