Eligibility: To be eligible for participation in the Referral Program, you must:

Be a legal resident of the jurisdiction in which you reside.

Be at least 18 years of age or older.

Have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.

Referral Reward: For each valid and qualified referral, the Referrer will receive $200/month ("Referral Fee") for as long as the referred client ("Referred Client") remains active with Bridgewood Creative and subscribes to one of our design plans.

How to Refer:

The Referrer must provide the Referred Client's contact information to Bridgewood Creative or direct the Referred Client to sign up via a unique referral link, if provided.

The Referred Client must mention the Referrer at the time of sign-up.

Qualified Referral: A referral will be considered a qualified referral if:

The Referred Client has not been a client of Bridgewood Creative in the past 12 months.

The Referred Client signs up for one of our design plans.

The Referred Client is not returned or voided in any manner within the first 30 days of their contract.

Payment of Referral Fee:

Referral Fees will be paid out on a monthly basis.

Payments will be made via bank transfer.

It's the Referrer's responsibility to provide accurate payment details and report any income for tax purposes.

Termination of Referral Fee: Referral Fees will cease if:

The Referred Client terminates their contract with Bridgewood Creative.

The Referred Client downgrades to a plan that is not eligible for the Referral Program.

Limitations: There is no limit to the number of referrals a Referrer can make. However, Bridgewood Creative reserves the right to adjust or change the Referral Program rules, rewards, and eligibility criteria at any time.

Prohibited Activities: Referrers cannot:

Refer themselves or create multiple, fictitious accounts to act as Referred Clients.

Misrepresent their relationship with Bridgewood Creative.

Use spam or send unsolicited emails to persons they don't personally know to collect referrals.

Modification & Termination: Bridgewood Creative reserves the right to modify any of these terms and conditions at any time, at its sole discretion, and without notice. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Referral Program for any reason and at our discretion.

Disputes: Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the provision of our services shall be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court.
